I confirm I have read and understand the Limitation of Liability provisions.
IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT - A 50.00 DEPOSIT IS DUE/ AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. This will be deducted from the total amount on the invoice you will receive. AT THE END OF JOB AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS WE HAVE ON FILE.
